It’s true that we know what we know and we don’t know what we don’t know.  As individuals and business owners, we hold knowledge based on our own experiences however, that’s limiting.  By far the greater portion of all possible knowledge is that which we don’t know.

The encouraging thing is other people know the things you don’t.  Others have the knowledge, experience and insight you might be seeking and the valuable perspective you need to progress your business in the direction you want to go.  Success is a team sport.  All you need to do is find the right people, have the courage to engage them in your business and invest in the process.  Someone who can subtly influence the play or people who can change the game entirely when they step onto the playing field.
